CARDINALS GROVE

Located off route 23 at the intersection of Kendale Rd. and Beaver Dam Rd. The project is being developed by Schell Brothers. This 50-acre site will consist of 98 single family lots and 3 beautifully designed stormwater management ponds. With over 2 miles of pipe work, this site has a lot in store for our crew - including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main. We are excited to work alongside Schell Brothers to turn this site into what it is designed to be.
