Belle Terre

1802 Brightseat Road, located in Sussex County De. This project is being developed by K. Hovanian Homes. Requires the installation of over 20,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 7,000 feet of water mains, and over 50 storm drainage structures as well as constructing six storm water management ponds. Our crews will be tasked to cut and fill over 100,000 cubic yards of material through the duration of this project working in various phases as dictated by the project plans.
