Summit Pointe

Located in Middletown, DE Located just off 896 and a quarter mile from the C&D Canal. This project is being developed by K. Hovanian Homes. The scope of works includes 99 single family home lots. Excavation of over 200,000 cubic yards of earth needed to be cut and filled on lots. Pipe work includes a gross total 33,000 linear feet ranging from storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, and roadway underdrain.
